Overview
Customer Delivery Europe is part of the Global Customer Delivery and Europe International Markets organization and plays a critical role ensuring the flawless delivery of Mastercard products and solutions for our customers.
We partner with global and regional business units to provide value through our innovation and expertise; whilst delivering customer solutions flawlessly. We make it happen!

It has never been more important to know how our increasingly complex product suite can be seamlessly implemented with our customers. It is our role within Product Delivery Europe (PDE) to understand the ‘new', build scalable delivery models, and help enable the wider Customer Delivery Europe (CDE) teams (In Market Delivery, Customer Implementation Services) achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in their onboarding activities. Our ability to streamline and automate processes helps us cope better with increased demand, complexity, and interdependence of products; ultimately to support a better customer experience.

The PDE team is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to drive efficient customer onboarding journeys for new and existing Mastercard multirail products both in the account-to-account and card payment space.

The ideal candidate is passionate about defining and enabling smooth customer experience journey, is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and has a good business and technical knowledge of account-to-account and card payments.
Role

The successful candidate will:
• Work with the product teams and other Mastercard teams to review new product concepts and facilitate the deployment of products in markets.
• Assess and document new product go-to-market readiness status, facilitate gaps identification and resolution, to ensure readiness of the product for delivery to customers in European markets.
• Create, by leading cross-functional work-streams, the process to achieve efficient and flawless customer onboarding, and produce the delivery documentation templates to be used by the in-market delivery teams during customer projects.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and accurate and timely communication on these delivery packages, via communication and presentations.
• Deliver customer trainings on assigned products, leveraging Mastercard Academy channels.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the customer implementation process for the assigned products and services part of the multirail payment vertical, such as Mastercard Cross-Border services or Mastercard Send, enabling near real-time payment transfers internationally to and from card, bank and digital accounts.
• Be the project manager or support the project manager on complex projects with cross-functional work-streams. Define scope, establish project governance, and prepare plan. Ensure full engagement from customers as well as internal MasterCard partners. Effectively manage project issues and escalations. Ensure project critical success criteria are measured and met.
• Demonstrate responsibility and accountability on the execution of new product enablement projects. Able to dig into the content on aspects requiring product and technical expertise.
• Ensure best practices, past delivery project lessons learned, and market insights/intelligence gathered during product delivery pilot are reviewed and reflected in future delivery process enhancements.

• Ability to come with creative ideas to improve current processes and products
• Deployment experience with account-to-account payments solutions is a plus
• Fluent in English. Other languages as an asset.
