All About the Role
Advisors Deploy Program Management is an execution-oriented client facing competency that applies proven, accredited change skills and domain experience to partner with clients and help them drive measurable value by:

• Delivering new digital products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently
• Successfully implementing complex technology assets and delivering the most challenging transformation programs to create the new business as usual
• Strengthening client's internal skills, knowledge and experience in critical areas
• Transforming client processes and optimizing their management practices

Deploy is a new suite of consulting solutions designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for execution support, with a dual mission: deployment and value realization over the entire lifetime of major assets. Value realization is a complex task, and with Deploy we can de-risk the entire client/asset journey, from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution. This is done through a set of new capabilities focused on expert execution support, that we are bringing in to complement the traditional Advisors areas of strength.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion related to a known technology, product, or program in the digital space:
• Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through the organization and all dependent organizations, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery
• Work with multiple scrum teams and have the technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the engineering teams (you may be embedded within the scrum team or your work may be cross-cutting across products, multiple scrum teams, and/or technologies)
• Drive clarity into technical implementation by driving design discussion with the team
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules that account for internal/external dependencies, differing delivery approaches, numerous constraints, and adequately factor in contingency for unplanned delays
• Collaborate with engineering managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and establish delivery milestones
• Figure out the sequencing of the work so that engineering execution can be optimized
• Identify blocking issues and manage their resolution
• Ensure Control teams from Legal, InfoSec, etc. participate in the application's development and deployment efforts as required
• Manage project communications, and may be the first point of contact for the team
• Run effective meetings
• Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations
• Own project communications and ensure the right information about the status of a project is delivered to the right audience at the right time
• Have good working relationships with engineers, managers, and peers
• Serve as Digital SME to the Digital Deploy Practice

All About You
• Experience in delivery of large, complex digital transformation projects/programs, or implementing digital payments products in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
• Formally trained in a range of project management and change management methodologies and techniques; accredited in one or more recognized PM/PMO/ Change/Service management methodologies is an advantage
• Able to plan and manage a multi-workstream program from inception to delivery providing support, direction and / or technical expertise to the project team across multiple disciplines and geographies
• Develop strong presence in the client organization extending, beyond the immediate boundaries of the program
• Bring interesting & relevant industry perspectives, insights and ideas to key stakeholders in the client organization
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Able to define scope, timelines and budgets in a clear, concise language in writing and verbally. Able to report on issues, risks, progress, timelines etc. accurately and summarize effectively offering analysis, options and credible solutions
• Able to handle multiple priorities, work independently, think laterally and manage multiple issues under the pressure of conflicting constraints and limited resources. Perform and articulate cost / benefit / risk analysis

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable
• Experience of technical project management experience in Payments is required
• Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across organization

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
