Overview:
• Supports and manages People and Capability initiatives and projects including workforce planning, rewards, employee engagement and training
• Manages timely coordination and execution of day-to-day People and Capability activities by working with key stakeholders across the business
• Creates reports to support People and Capability program recommendations and track costs and performance of programs
• Leads crucial People and Capability activities including new hire orientation, off boarding, maintaining employee records, and visa coordination
• Partners with employees, managers and leaders across Business Units, markets, or regions to develop and deploy People and Capability best practices
• Conducts analysis of People and Capability metrics and summarizes findings and implications

Role:
• Accountable for first line support and providing an exceptional customer experience for employees in connection with HR services and COEs
• Responsible for process excellence and continuous transformation improvements
• Resolve complex issues regarding HR inquiries.
• Complete simple to complex special projects, as needed.
• Interact with internal (COEs, HR Field teams) to obtain needed information to manage work to completion.
• Manage confidential data in a professional manner and according to MasterCard confidentiality requirements.
• Accountable of regional projects for benefit administration, process implementation, and compliance
• Independently identify process improvements and participate in the implementation of improvements.
• Ensure that the company works within the guidelines of each country it exists in to support legal, ethical, and jurisdiction limitations.
• Develop knowledge, skills, and understanding of the region / country it supports by participating in knowledge sharing activities with other members of the team.

All About You:
• Strong experience in Human Resources Operations, Analytics and project Management across Asia Pacific
• Knowledge of relevant HR policies and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking with efficiency and accuracy, Sense of urgency with a drive for results, accuracy and thoroughness, Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives while exercising sound judgment and flexibility, Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Work effectively in dynamic, time-sensitive, high-volume environment, Results-oriented, strong follow-through skills
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of data tools (e.g. excel) and operations processes for answering inquiries and identifying systems improvement
• Experience making informed process improvement observations utilizing technical and analytical skills
• Create or implement centralized and standardized HR processes to align with colleagues across the region
