Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design Our Purpose

Our API platform powers products you use everyday – like digital wallets, online payments, and much more. With services spanning payment, security, data, loyalty and more, our customers are empowered to build innovative solutions on-top of our products.

APIs are at the heart of everything Mastercard does, and we are looking for a passionate product designer to help bring our vision to life. You will play a key role in our vision for an API-first future.

• Do you want to work at the intersection of design, sales, product development and engineering?

What you'll be doing
• Lead design efforts to create new (and improve existing) sections of our site; your work will be used by key customers around the world
• Recommend and implement design decisions on initiatives, heavily influenced by research findings
• Leverage design best practices and patterns
• Produce, test and iterate on experience artifacts, including user flows, interaction models, prototypes, wireframes, low/high fidelity sketches, and design specifications

What we're looking for
• Demonstrated experience in design and strategy, real-world experience in having your designs used by customers is ideal
• Actively follows and shares UX design best practices
• Proficient in taking complex concepts and product objectives, and turning that into clear design deliverables
• Passionate about the overall developer experience our platform can offer customers
• Nice to have previous experience in the technology industry; preference for tech/fintech/banking
