Title and Summary

Senior Vice President, Product Management, Cross-Border Services Overview

Cross-Border Services focuses on new payment flows to consumers, including cross-border Person-to-Person (P2P) payments, Business-to-Business (B2B), and Government Disbursements, and Remittances.
This position leads the development and deployment of Cross-Border Services payment products and services in the Mastercard Move portfolio to the market and holds direct accountability for the end-to-end customer experience, managing the product life cycle, developing new features, use cases and target segments for the product. This includes dynamic consultation and management of both business and technical facets for Product Management and leading both internal and external partners towards successful execution.
The Senior Vice President, Product Management is responsible for defining the overall product strategy and product roadmap, ensuring the Cross-Border Services product has a compelling value proposition for its targeted segment(s). The role will be the designated Cross -Border Services Program Product Co-Founder, responsible for delivering the Program Objectives.

Responsibilities
• Through an analysis of customer, market and competitive data, create a compelling product vision for cross-border payment offerings that provide enhanced capabilities and business value to the target segment(s).
• Lead end-to-end product function from incubation/assessment, development through to launch, testing and run of existing and new and differentiated value propositions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to validate market opportunities, monitor and measure product performance, while assisting in seeking opportunities to enhance cross-border product in core and adjacent markets specific to the segment.
• Responsible for building commercial cases for new products, features enabling the Go/No-go decisions
• Partner with regional teams, marketing and regional sales to help determine product positioning and placement, coordinate internally product launch activities and ensure successful customer/market adoption.
• Be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of innovative new capabilities that provides a significant value proposition to the target segment(s), access new segments to create a high degree of differentiation and drive future revenue growth.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and create business requirements, defining measures of success, and providing product line performance reporting.
• Ensure that services are developed in a way that optimizes customer value through ease of integration and Mastercard value through common services and product reusability.
• Ensure the team drive the product roadmap execution, drive product development activities, ensure appropriate alignment of engineering capacity and timely execution.
• Provide product expertise to the regional teams during customer meetings and ensure that the product is positioned and sold accurately.
• Effectively communicate and educate regional sales teams on cross-border capabilities and up incoming initiatives/enhancements.
