The Maintenance Mechanic III under the supervision of the Plant Operations Director performs preventative and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment, buildings and grounds
Mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, grounds and security.
Works independently and functions in a leadership role being responsible for scheduling and prioritizing work of Maintenance Mechanics.
Ensures the comfort and safety of patients, physicians, visitors and employees.
Required Job Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Trade school courses helpful, but not required.
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Knowledge of blueprints
