Responsibilities

CRM Product Owner II

The Product Owner will lead the development and delivery of an Enterprise CRM platform for the Company. This role collaborates closely with project leadership, technical experts, functional business areas, and vendor partners to identify, design, and prioritize deliverables in alignment with the overarching strategy. The Product Owner maintains an ongoing dialogue with the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project alignment.

·         Collaborates closely with the CRM project leadership, technical teams, functional area leaders, and various stakeholders to refine the CRM strategy, articulate the product vision, and define scope.

·         Leads interactive sessions with functional business areas to gather, refine, and validate business requirements. Prioritizes the requirements backlog based on operational impact and overall business value, and in alignment with the project scope.

·         Works closely with project team, project management office, and change management teams to establish and manage project timelines, milestones, communications, and training plans, ensuring timely achievement of goals and effective organizational adoption.

·         With limited direction, translates business requirements into well-defined features and user stories, complete with detailed acceptance criteria.

·         Actively participates in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and more.

·         Communicates issues, solutions, and updates to cross-functional team members.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

Senior CRM Product Owner

The Product Owner will lead the development and delivery of an Enterprise CRM platform for the Company. The Product Owner maintains an ongoing dialogue with the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and project alignment.

·         Collaborates closely with the CRM project leadership, technical teams, functional area leaders, and various stakeholders to refine the CRM strategy, articulate the product vision, and define scope.

·         Leads interactive sessions with functional business areas to gather, refine, and validate business requirements. Prioritizes the requirements backlog based on operational impact and overall business value, and in alignment with the project scope.

·         Leads interactive sessions with functional business areas to gather, refine, and validate business requirements. Prioritizes the requirements backlog based on operational impact and overall business value, and in alignment with the project scope.

·         Works closely with project team, project management office, and change management teams to establish and manage project timelines, milestones, communications, and training plans, ensuring timely achievement of goals and effective organizational adoption.

·         Independently translates business requirements into well-defined features and user stories, complete with detailed acceptance criteria.

·         Proactively identifies opportunities to improve  issues and implements solutions to, cross-functional team members.

·         Leads training and mentors other Product Owner team members. Acts as a subject matter expert for the team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

CRM Product Owner II

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's Degree or MBA is considered beneficial.

·         Three or more years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, or equivalent progressive experience, preferably within a healthcare payer organization.

·         Experience working in an Agile development environment, with demonstrated leadership in managing multiple products or large-scale initiatives.

·         Proven expertise working with and influencing stakeholders to understand business goals and make conscientious decisions in alignment with strategy.

·         Experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders, including senior project leadership and vendor partners.

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar industry recognized certification preferred.

·         Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.

·         Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations.

·         Knowledge of Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

·         Understanding of various product management techniques.

·         Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

·         Knowledge of health insurance operations.

·         Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Including strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Word.

·         Ability to work with limited guidance and collaboratively with various areas of the organization.
