Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience:
- 2 years demonstrated experience managing quality programs recommended
- 3 years providing care to patients within the cardiology
- Other: Skills, knowledge and abilities:
- Ability to think logically and sequentially, understand redesign concept, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to coordinate care of the patient across the care continuum.
- Ability to develop standards, training and communicate effectively.
