Overview:  

 

Advance the organization's mission through excellent service and stewardship; Accountable for business operations for six GI clinic locations, GI scheduling and pre-admission test team, Mercy Hospital St. Louis GI Lab, Des Peres Endoscopy Center, Lake St. Louis Endoscopy Center, & Clayton/Clarkson Endoscopy Center. Direct oversight of an operations manager, nursing manager, two practice managers, and clinical nurse supervisor.

 

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to guide service lines efficiency and alignment with the organization's mission and goals.

 

Financial Management: analyze service line performance ensuring financial stability and optimal resource allocation.

 

Operational Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of service lines including managing staffing, facilities, and equipment to provide efficient and effective healthcare services.

 

Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce standards and protocols to maintain high-quality patient care, monitor clinical outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and other key stakeholders to foster positive relationships, promote teamwork, and achieve patient-centered care goals.

 

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards to maintain a safe and compliant healthcare environment.

 

Human Resources Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce, providing leadership, guidance, and support to all staff

 


Qualifications:

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline.

Experience: Five (5) years professional healthcare business and leadership experience with proven ability to identify and resolve problems, plan, and conduct complex project assignments and prepare reports.

Preferred Education: Master's Degree Level or higher

Preferred Experience: Mercy leadership experience
