Overview:

Working closely with clinical nursing leaders, administration, and finance to monitor and improve financial performance in the nursing division. Supports analysis and interpretation of financial information, including productivity, revenue, and all department expenses. Facilitates capital and operating budget process. Acts as resource/consultant to nursing leadership on all types of financial issues, including cost reduction opportunities. Works closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure financial goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related discipline
• Experience: At least two years of previous experience in significant leadership or support role in a health care environment
  • Must have Miroscoft Excel experience
  • Power BI experience ,preferred 
• Other: Must have solid foundation in finance, operational performance improvement, and general healthcare business operations strong analytical skills, effective problem solving, organizational, and relationship skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical Requirements: Varies according to daily tasks, i.e., administrative versus clinical. Usually works in a clean, air-conditioned area
