Remote Work:  This position is a Telehealth position and is able to work remotely.  

Position qualifications:

Licensures in the State of Colorado as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family therapist required. Minimum of two years previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably with inpatient hospital experience. Previous experience with individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy required.  Familiar with development and implementation of treatment plans for all age ranges: children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented approach to service delivery is required.

Job purpose:

Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy for patients/clients of all ages.

Knowledge, Skill & Ability(include materials and equipment directly used):

  • Ability to produce written documentation of clinical work in a manner readily understood by other service providers.
  • Ability to summarize service themes from a variety of client contacts and communicate suggested improvements for service delivery.
  • Ability to demonstrate appropriate clinical judgment when assessing the level of risk and determining resolution of client emergencies, resulting in a safe outcome.
  • Working knowledge of Windows based computer applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet access.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment including computer keyboard, calculator, copy machine, fax and multi-line telephone.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a sometimes-hectic environment with frequent interruptions.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop.  Must have ability to sit for longer periods of time at a computer.  May be exposed to stressful situations that involve enraged, distraught and/or intoxicated individuals with possible mental health conditions. Possible exposure to communicable disease.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
