Description

- Provides telephone and in-person member service and responds to member inquiries.
- Manages Investor reporting functions including balancing, reporting, remitting, loan sales and reconciliations.
- Manages annual escrow analysis process and coordinates disbursements and mass mailings. Manages bi-annual tax disbursements for Real Estate mortgage loans.
- Monitors Departmental phone queue and provides statistical reporting to management.
- Monitors ARM index matrix and maintains as needed. Performs GL balancing and reconciliations. Reviews file maintenance reports to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Here is what we are looking for:
- A High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 5 years loan servicing experience specifically in investor reporting, escrow administration, subordinations, modifications, general ledger balancing, and heavy, direct customer service experience is required.
- A working knowledge of servicing operations, including HELOC and ARM loans, is a must. MSP servicing platform experience a plus.
- Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Servicing Director, MSP Servicing platform, Symitar and Fannie Mae Loan Servicer Software.

Base Pay/Salary:
$27.00 - $38.00 per hour.
