Shift/Hours/Location: M-F, 8am-5pm, Onsite, Moses Lake

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

• IATA/IMDG and 49 CFR certified
• Shipping Instructions: UPS ground Haz & non-Haz
• Shipping air freight
• Tama Nepes shipments
• Exporting documents in Great Plains
• Shipping instructions for Canadian ground shipments
• Process shipment and paperwork via FedEx
• Domestic truck & ocean container shipping documentation
• Shipping document & invoice process
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
• Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines.
• Work as a team and/or independently.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
• Regular and punctual attendance is expected in order to accomplish the critical mission of the department and organization.
• Work to continuously improve productivity, cost savings, safety and morale to gain positive results in all areas.
• Maintain physical condition and health so as to be able to timely perform assigned job duties.

Summary pay range: $22/hour

Working Conditions: Duties are generally performed indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions, in a 24-hour per day, seven day per week manufacturing environment.   Handling and working with hazardous materials and chemical manufacturing equipment is routine. The employee may work in the presence of fumes or airborne particles, hot, toxic or corrosive chemicals, water, liquids and electrical equipment.  The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.  When working in the presence of these hazards, the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protection such as: hardhat, respirator, hearing protection, protective clothing, safety glasses, safety footwear, etc.  Employees will work in a covered Process Safety Management (PSM) environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gasses that have a potential for fire or explosion. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe. Examples of devices that may not be intrinsically safe include Insulin Pumps, Pacemakers, Pain Management devices, etc.
