Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding, documenting, and analyzing business processes and requirements. Your responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinating with development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirement Gathering and Documentation:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

Develop and execute test plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business users.

Identify and document test scenarios, test cases, and expected outcomes.

Coordinate UAT sessions, collect feedback, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Communication and Coordination:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders.

Data Analysis:

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.

Work closely with data analysts to ensure data quality and accuracy for decision-making.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on requirements gathering and UAT.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for business analysis.

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.

Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
