Job Description:

In this role, a typical day may include.

• Check all require details are available in Arena NCR for sharing it with supplier.
• Communicate the NCR details to supplier immediately after Arena notification.
• Follow up with supplier to get 8D with all details.
• Review 8D with SQE and supplier to ensure 8D captures root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
• Support NCR manager in coordinating with supplier and sourcing team for RMA and Total remediation cost.
• Visit the site to verify nonconformance and affected part details if required.
• Ensure KPI time NCR closure is on track and escalate the issue if required.
• Conduct timely meeting with NCR manager to update the status of NCR and close the gap if any.
• Generate the lesson learned list from NCR and Communicate findings and recommendations at group meetings.
• Support on Quality documentation management from supplier.
• Coordinate with supplier to upload quality documents as per allocation.
