    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Manages direct account and all aspects surrounding the sale of Nintendo products, including monitoring sell-through, writing call reports, analyzing and measuring performance and trends, preparing performance and other reports.
  • Develops and delivers innovative customer and product-specific recommendations for product placement, pricing, promotion that make sense to customer and NOA.
  • Sells and negotiates to gain alignment of business strategies that meet NOA goals.
  • Leverages business analytics to influence the customer and company decision making at top-to-top levels at NOA and customer as well as buyers at customer.
  • Leads and influences a cross-functional internal team to support customer initiatives and drive NOA business objectives.
  • Visits stores regularly to review consumer product presentations and displays.
  • Establishes and maintains account files.
  • Monitors advertising for NOA and competing products.
  • Provides advertising direction to accounts.
  • Analyzes and establishes work processes and priorities.
  • Serves as key go to person on account related issues and opportunities.
  • Proactively leads & facilitates regular cross functional team meetings to ensure ongoing company alignment and key timelines are established and met as it relates to projects related to the account.
  • Helps cross functional partners develop key points of contact/ relationships at customer in order to drive deeper customer knowledge and broader influence throughout the NOA organization and the account.
  • Maximize Nintendo sales at assigned account across all product lines on one of NOA's most significant customers (representing 20%+ of total company volume).


Qualifications

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Eight to ten years of related sales and management experience.
  • Strong key account sales experience and skills.
  • Supervisory, management and leadership skills.
  • High PC skill level (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Recognized as an expert within the company and requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job family and broad knowledge of other job families within the function.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business related field, or equivalent.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
    This position includes a base salary range of $164,500 - $296,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
