About the Practice:

To meet the needs of our patients in the best way possible, we are looking for an exceptional Physician - MD/DO to join our Edina medical facility.
You would be responsible for providing a comprehensive primary care practice.
Daily responsibilities of our Physician - MD/DO- may include:-
- Develop a personalized care plan including medical history, physical examination, diagnosis and appropriate treatment and/or referral if necessary
- Communicate the importance of preventative medicine
- Encourage patients to Immunize against communicable diseases
- Maintain accurate and concise documentation of all patient encounters on a timely basis
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in provider meetings, educational programs, current literature and professional conferences
The ideal candidate will be Board-certified and have experience in outpatient care through fellowship training or other practices.
This is a full-time opportunity-expected to see patients four (4) days per week between the hours of 830am-5pm. No weekends or evenings.
