As an Account Executive, you will educate partners and customers and excite them with innovative, business-impacting solutions and initiatives! You will achieve sales targets through prospecting and uncovering new sales opportunities, and by analyzing partner/customers' needs and presenting pertinent solutions. Account Executives should have a strong sales background and a basic understanding of AT&T products and solutions.
Identifies and develops new sales opportunities, provides product/solution recommendations, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company. Introduces company products and services to new and/or existing partners and customers. Develops and maintains accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and manages an adequate funnel of opportunities.
- Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated formal presentation and communication skills (verbal and written), as well as proficiency in high closing ratios.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and with minimum direction.
- Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with Salesforce desirable.
- Requires at least 50% of the time conducting sales activities outside of the office environment.
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3-5 years of experience with solutions-based selling in a commissions-based sales environment (documented success); 3+ Year's telecom experience (AT&T preferred)
