Job Summary
Directly responsible for implementing established standards for; clinical and non-clinical space planning, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) programming, interior design, art selection, framing, installation, and move management for assigned projects and non-project related efforts.Function as a Prisma Health Facilities Department representative with end users, consultants, and contractors, directly related to assigned projects and non-project efforts. Provide timely coordination of all above activities and communication with appropriate users, information systems, clinical engineering, campus safety and security departments. Coordinate daily furniture, art, signage, and move requests including; communication of request and necessary information to the appropriate vendor, review of quote provided, procurement approvals, scheduling and installation. Responsible for management of moving vendors daily schedules and payment.
Maintain a consistent and high focus towards providing excellent customer service for all efforts. Perform in a high paced environment, while multi-tasking, and balancing competing priorities.
Accountabilities
- Ensure all non-project related furniture, art, signage, and move requests are sent to the appropriate vendor and maintain oversight of lead times, scheduling, and installation. Work with procurement on approvals and log all required information within SmartSheet. - 35%
- Lead the execution of non-project related moves and relocations, coordinating with users, move and furniture contractors, ITS, and clinical engineering for assigned projects and non-project related efforts. – 25%
- Coordinate moving vendor calendars and timely payment. - 20%
- Support Project Designer/Senior Project Designer on projects as needed. – 10%
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager, and/or Executive Director, Facilities & Support Services. – 10%
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- No previous experience
In Lieu Of
In Lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years experience in move coordination and logistics, procurement, or related experience
Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
- Proficient in Adobe and Excel - Preferred
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of office equipment (fax/copier)
- Proficient computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
