WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Build and grow profitable customer relationships to protect their brand, facilities, and the health and safety of team members and customers.
  • Driver route density in your division and attain monthly sales target goals by cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • Include the entire CSP sales process: prospect, relating, discovery, advocating to closed/won and post-sales support
  • Enter, update, and maintain all activities weekly in Zoho
  • Maintain high level of product/technical knowledge and obtain and maintain required personal licenses/regulatory approval in assigned sales territory
  • Enroll and obtain required PSSI education related certifications
  • Professionally represent PSSI Pest Solutions by upholding PSSI's core values
  • Stabilization of existing business, attain price increases, and maintain relationships with clients
  • Work cross functionally with operations, corporate account management, and sales support teams to leverage a unified approach to maximize revenue growth and ensure established goals are met


YOUR MUST HAVES:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, competitive, and polished experience with a service organization.
  • Must be willing to travel daily to customer or plant locations
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driving license with good driving record
  • Home office with internet access


WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
  • 2 years' B2B sales experience and knowledge in the pest and/or industrial food processing industry.
  • Ability to develop custom solutions for customer needs
  • Track record of demonstrated high performance sales success.
  • Must work well in a team environment with multiple resources.
  • A service excellence mindset that allows you to build trust and loyalty with customers.
  • Zoho, SFDC, and Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position is a remote position in your professional home office with frequent travel to food production facilities throughout your assigned territory. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) is required in facilities and may consist of but is not limited to safety glasses, hard hat, steel toed boots, etc.
