Description


Duties/Responsibilities:

  •  Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system implementations
  •  Conduct thorough analysis to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement
  •  Manage in-depth analysis to understand user needs, system capabilities, and integration requirement
  •  Design and architect technology solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
  •  Develop comprehensive technical specifications, data models, and architecture diagrams to guide implementation efforts
  •  Collaborate with technical teams to design system solutions that meet business needs
  •  Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflows
  •  Configure and customize software applications to align with business requirements
  •  Implement necessary changes to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
  • Create test scenarios, develop test scripts and conduct thorough UAT testing to validate system functionality, performance, and usability
  • Identify and address any issues or defects in a timely manner
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure timely and successful system implementations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to drive project execution
  • Facilitate change management activities to minimize disruption and maximize user acceptance of new systems
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns throughout the implementation process
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to systems implementation
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements to drive continuous improvement

Required Skills/Abilities:

  •  Proven experience in systems implementation, configuration, and support
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  •  Proficiency in system integration techniques and technologies
  •  Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines
  •  Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization
  •  Experience with change management principles and practices
  •  Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  •  Excellent troubleshooting skills
  •  Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel functionality including Vlookup, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, etc.
  •  Coding/developing experience a plus (not required)

 

Education and Experience:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position is required to be in the office 3-4 times a week.

 

Travel: 0%

 

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office and computer equipment.
