Description
- Communicate with shop personal to resolve issues related to shop invoicing
- Maximize revenue by billing invoices weekly within a robust billing application
- Work with senior team members to resolve customer rejections
- Research and uncover root cause analysis for billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with the field to ensure accurate billing, as well as identify areas for improvement within the billing process
- Research multiple source documents and systems to ensure correct fees are charged
- Compile and Report Key Metrics to various levels of the business.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Education:
- High School Diploma Required
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a Finance or Accounting related field preferred
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities (Competencies):
- 2 years related experience in a similar billing role
- Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Excel
- General Accounting Knowledge

Supervisory Responsibility: None
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, in-office position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. After the initial and indefinite training period, there will be the potential for remote opportunities during the week.
Travel: 0-10%
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office and computer equipment.
