RVCC is looking to hire a Clinical Supervisor to work for our WISE program # Outpatient Clinics! River Valley Counseling Center, Inc#s mission is to improve the health of all people in our community. RVCC has a spectrum of services, including the #Wellness. Interventions. Support. Education# program. The W.I.S.E. Program works with students ages 8-13 from assigned Holyoke Middle Schools. The overall goal of the W.I.S.E. Program is to empower identified youth and their families to have confidence and skills to succeed and avoid substance misuse. # Job Responsibilities: This position will be a 50/50 split that allows 20 hours working as an outpatient clinical supervisor for#clinicians # interns and 20 hours as WISE clinical supervisor overseeing a small team of case managers.### Ensure and provide quality and effective outpatient care for clients and parents/ guardians in a target population that has been identified as at risk for possible substance-use disorders.# Work on early intervention by providing education, assisting clients with identifying and utilizing supports, treatment plans, providing assessments, coordinating clinical care, and determining the level of care.# Assume a caseload and perform an array of counseling services independently (without direct supervision).## Co-direct case managers to ensure services are appropriate and timely and documentation is accurate. # Job Requirements: Education Level - Master#s Degree#in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or other counseling fields eligible for state licensure. Years of Experience - At least 1 year of experience working with youth/adolescents and/or populations experiencing substance misuse, previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and individual/group therapy. Some experience in a supervisory role is preferred.# Skills/Abilities - Bilingual preferred but not required.
