- Family Medicine at Hayes, VA
- Elizabeth Lakes Hampton, VA
- Mercury West Hampton, VA
- Middle Peninsula Mathews Family Medicine
- Nassawadox & Metompkin – Family Medicine on the Eastern Shore of Virginia
