Summary

Join the RNDC College Internship Program and embark on a transformative journey to merge your academic knowledge with practical experience in the dynamic world of sales. As a qualified college student, you'll participate in an immersive 8 to 10-week structured program designed to complement your formal education in a relevant business discipline.

In this role, you will
  • Hands-on Learning: Work across various sales departments to acquire a comprehensive understanding of RNDC's sales functions. From sales techniques to merchandising and operations, engage in on-the-job training to hone your skills and knowledge.
  • Training Modules: Complete assigned online training modules and technical programs to enhance your proficiency in key areas.
  • Progress Reviews: Meet weekly with department managers or designated Intern Sponsors to discuss your progress in the Internship Program and highlight key learnings.
  • Capstone Project: Identify an area within a business discipline where improvements can be made. Develop a Capstone Project outlining the issue, root causes, and potential solutions. Present your findings to senior leaders before the program concludes.
  • Academic Requirements: If applicable, fulfill course requirements related to your internship as part of your degree program.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Actively enrolled in an accredited educational institution, completing at least junior year towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Maintain a documented GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Possess a current state driver's license and meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
  • Obtain necessary Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License or Permit, as required by the state.
