Summary

RNDC is seeking a dynamic Director of Revenue Management to join our expanding finance team. The Director will play a pivotal role in driving overall revenue growth through the implementation of effective pricing and distribution strategies.

In this role, you will
  • Lead and supervise a team of Revenue Management geo-focused leads, ensuring successful execution of PTR (price to retail) management, PTC (price to consumer) management, depletion allowance optimization, and end-to-end value chain price management.
  • Train and oversee a team responsible for developing price structures, managing deal attributes, and maintaining customer reference master data.
  • Deploy revenue management best practices tactically across RNDC to drive optimal results.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive, regional, and state leadership, to deliver value across the entire value chain.
  • Utilize analytics on historical sales data and external syndicated data to identify opportunities for maximizing returns within key revenue management pillars such as volume, price, and mix.
  • Provide valuable insights to executive leadership, internally and externally, informing pricing decisions through hypothesis testing, post-experimental analysis, and global execution.
  • Educate commercial teams on driving growth through comprehensive pricing and promotions strategies.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and talent development initiatives within the organization, employing effective systems, processes, and coaching methodologies.
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or another business-related field of study preferred;
  • Or four or more years' related experience in the wholesale beverage alcohol industry;
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
