Summary

RNDC is looking for talented and energetic Executive Assistants to join our growing team. The Executive Assistant provides executive level administrative support Executive management to facilitate the efficient use of time and resources by performing the following duties.  

In this role, you will
  • Resolves problems from information that is not readily available and may be required to conduct research and make recommendations. 
  • Exposed to and handles/maintains highly confidential and sensitive information. 
  • Tracks and manages special projects and ensures that deadlines are met. 
  • Coordinates off-site conferences and meetings; makes travel arrangements. 
  • Handles agenda and logistics for meetings, dinners, and other functions.
  • Assists with technical challenges by working with the IT department to resolve issues in the shortest amount of time. 
  • Answers phones, screens call, takes messages, refers callers, manages calendars and sorts/distributes mail. 
  • Prepares materials for meetings and compiles special reports, letters, memos. 
  • May track budgets/expenses and analyze/prepare expense reports. 
  • May provide leadership/direction to other administrative assistants. 
What you bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 4 years' experience as an assistant to VP level or above.
