The POS Warehouse Merchandiser will be responsible for receiving, storing, maintaining and delivering of supplier provided point-of-sale materials to and from storage facilities, RNDC offices and key retail accounts.

• Plan time and activities to ensure proper receipt and distribution of incoming P.O.S. material shipments into RNDC facilities/warehouses.
• Receive, organize, store, and distribute all Supplier POS materials shipped to RNDC
• Update and maintain all P.O.S. Inventory Systems on a regular basis.
• Fulfill P.O.S. requests when ordered in a timely fashion.
• Prepare P.O.S. materials of special merchandising promotions and sales meetings when requested.
• Maintain an effective and efficient inventory system.
• Maintain and organize an adequate inventory of necessary materials.
• Process transfer requests of P.O.S. inventory from warehouse/depot to other locations statewide.
• Provide customer service to all employees of RNDC and Client Partners that require P.O.S. materials.
• Keep the point-of-sale warehouses and vehicles well organized, clean and in safe operating order.
• Coordinate transfer or destruction of ageing or outdated P.O.S. materials.
• Assist with the coordination of special and expedited P.O.S. orders to chain, off and on-premise accounts when necessary.
• Produce identification labels for will call pickup or transfer of P.O.S. materials to other facilities.
• Other duties may be assigned.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferably one year merchandising experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a current, valid state driver's license, ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company and Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state. The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. We are an Equal Opportunity employer.

 Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $20.00 up to $25.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
