Summary

RNDC is looking for a talented and energetic Regional Training Manager of Inside Sales to join our growing Sales team. The Regional Training Manager is responsible for tactical execution of Inside Sales and leadership development programs and processes for the Inside Sales Team. Specializes in the disciplines of onboarding new associates, delivering training, reinforcing learning and development, coaching/onboarding with a primary focus on Inside Sales Reps and Inside Sales Managers. You will provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the inside sales team, motivating the team to achieve target goals and KPI's in such a way as to meet and exceed the company's objectives.

In this role, you will
  • Facilitate formal learning through instructor led training (ILT) training both in-person and virtually for new hire onboarding of Inside Sales Reps and basic management training programs for individual contributors of sales and front-line sales leaders.
  • Lead, drive, and provide real time sales coaching to managers as part of the defined RNDC sales coaching program and specialized Inside Sales Quality Monitoring programs using TalkDesk software.
  • Provide tactical support to front line leadership for training new sales professionals as part of the New Associate Career & Onboarding plan.
  • Coordinate, communicate and drive execution of e-learning sales training initiatives relevant to RNDC Sales Academy, RNDC sales technology, statewide regulations training, supplier brand education modules and/or any other sales specific online learning initiatives.
  • Create documentation and standardized training materials (both written and online necessary for all Inside Sales Leads and Managers to be successful.
  • Lead and facilitate WSET and other applicable industry designation trainings.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of leadership on local execution of inside sales learning and development initiatives to drive influence and accountability.
  • Serve as a RNDC Brand Ambassador for local college and military recruiting events by participating in career fair and on campus interviews and/or statewide recruiting events.
  • Guide leadership in maximizing the utilization of innovation and technology to improve efficiencies as part of sales learning and development initiatives.
     
What you bring to RNDC

Bachelor's degree preferred; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in sales preferably within wine and spirits distribution will be beneficial. Previous sales management experience with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler responsible for street execution of sales initiatives, the training and development of Sales Representatives as well as executing all sales/promotional programs highly encouraged. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
