Summary

RNDC is looking for innovative and collaborative Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing Analyst team. As part of the Planning Center of Excellence, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for providing support for strategic planning activities, including inventory management analysis, detailed savings analysis, forecast development and execution, order cycle optimization, service level optimization, and process development and training. The Analyst will lead significant amounts of information gathering, data consolidation, and data cleansing activities. In addition to detailed activities, the Analyst will be responsible for supporting the macro level analysis of planning related activities at a companywide level. All these tasks are to support the COE which is focused on developing process and structure to maximize the delivery of value to the business. 

In this role, you will
  • Responsible for assisting in the design, development, training and execution of process improvements for purchasing, planning, and supply chain management. 
  • Collaborate with our technical partners (Blue Ridge, Oracle, Manhattan) to optimize the effective use of their technology and ensure RNDC's requirements are met.  
  • Assist in developing processes to evaluate planner usage of tools and adherence to policy. Provide regular training and communication to maintain consistency and build capability. 
  • Collaborate with Distribution Centers/warehouses and inventory planners to ensurereplenishment plans meet service expectations and optimize freight costs. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure business initiatives are set up to run optimally through supply chain. 
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of operational analysis. 
  • Support Sales and Operations Planning actions as it relates to supply chain process and development of analytics 
What you bring to RNDC
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. 
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Blue Ridge SCP and IBP modules, MicroStrategy, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent forecasting/S&OP tools.

 Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $68,800. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.
