Summary

RNDC is seeking an energetic, collaborative, and professional Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we continue to deliver a world class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

In this role, you will
  • Responsible for initiating drug and background screenings and assisting candidates with the timely completion of these activities.
  • Maintain and distribute pre-boarding, onboarding, and post-boarding communication for new hires, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners.
  • Assist the local HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Team in managing onboarding initiatives, including New Hire Orientation activities and logistics.
  • Assist candidates with the completion of Onboarding and compliance documents upon conclusion of New Hire Orientation.
  • Work with Corporate Talent Acquisition department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges and amplifying the Employer Brand and coordinate / facilitate onboarding and orientation process with new employees, creating critical touch points throughout the associate's first 90 days.
  • Deliver regular talent acquisition metric analysis and identify retention strategies for existing workforce. Proactively seeks market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in creating a world class candidate journey.
  • Deliver on additional projects and tasks as assigned.
What you bring to RNDC
  • Two to three years of experience in an HR-related function or administrative assistant role, with recruiting administration experience preferred. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HCM systems, with a preference of one year experience with Success Factors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.

 Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.

 

Hourly : $22 - $24 per hour
