SAIC is seeking a MISS TO Program Analyst to support the Army National Guard and the broader military intelligence community on the Military Intelligence Services Support (MISS) Contract.

 

Note: This role offers temporary work from home/ remote/ virtual work at home due to COVID-19.  Eventually the work will go back on site in Rosslyn, VA.

 

Job Duties:

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

  • Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract.

  • Responsibilities may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements.

  • Participates in the development of solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. Often refers to policies, procedures and practices for guidance.

  • Advise and assist customer on messaging and communication strategy.

  • Organize data and craft time-sensitive reports obtained from open and closed sources.

  • Maintain a commanding knowledge and understanding of the corporate, financial, political, and geopolitical environments effecting the government customer.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; OR Masters and one (1) years or more experience.

  • Active Secret with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

  • 3 years' experience with tools for creating visual content

  • Demonstrated ability to write and communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Access database and Visio.  

  • Advise and assist customer on messaging and communication strategy.

  • Experience writing, editing and presenting to various audiences, in particular the Army National Guard, U.S. Army, the Military Intelligence community, and/or research agency desired.
