The candidate's primary responsibilities will include installation, administration and support of Windows Server software. On call/evening/weekend support may be required.
Candidate must have experience with Commvault Complete Backup & Recovery. Candidate must have very good human relations skills associated with technical involvement of the user community. Candidate must have experience with agile and worked in an environment with a ticketing system.
At least seven years' experience providing or supporting installation, maintenance, and administration of Windows system software in either a client-server, and/or web-based environment is required. Candidate must demonstrate good communication skills.
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and Seven (7) years or more experience;
4 years of experience in lieu of degree accepted
