Qualifications
About the Must Haves:
- M.A., M.S., or MBA in a related field or in lieu of a degree at least 10 years of relevant experience
- At least 15 years of relevant experience of which at least 10 years of schedule analysis experience supporting U.S. Military Service acquisition programs
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite applications, especially MS Project
- Possess an Active Secret security clearance
About the Desired:
- Training and/or certificatiions in advanced schedule analysis
- Certifications in advanced proficiency in MS Project

Responsibilities
About the Position
The successful candidate shall be proficient in using Microsoft Project and will be able to:
- Develop and keep current program schedules.
- Derive schedule elements from a System Requirements Document or from an Integrated Requirements Baseline.
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Establish and track program element prerequisite actions.
- Analyze program events and actions to identify a program critical path.
- Integrate risk miitigation steps into a program IMS.
- Derive program Action Items from a program IMS.
- Coordinate a program IMS with a program Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
- Derive a program IMS from a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
- Provide substantive input and support to a System Requirements Review (SRR).
- Provide substantive input and support to a program Change Control Board (CCB).
- Provide inputs to program progress status reports.
- Provide inputs to Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Estimates to Complete (ETCs).
- Forecast schedule milestone achievement success likelihoods.
- Estimate budget utilization trends.
