Qualifications

About the Must Haves:

  • M.A., M.S., or MBA in a related field or in lieu of a degree at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience of which at least 10 years of schedule analysis experience supporting U.S. Military Service acquisition programs
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite applications, especially MS Project
  • Possess an Active Secret security clearance

About the Desired:

  • Training and/or certificatiions in advanced schedule analysis
  • Certifications in advanced proficiency in MS Project

Responsibilities

About the Position

The successful candidate shall be proficient in using Microsoft Project and will be able to:

  • Develop and keep current program schedules.
  • Derive schedule elements from a System Requirements Document or from an Integrated Requirements Baseline.
  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Establish and track program element prerequisite actions.
  • Analyze program events and actions to identify a program critical path.
  • Integrate risk miitigation steps into a program IMS.
  • Derive program Action Items from a program IMS.
  • Coordinate a program IMS with a program Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
  • Derive a program IMS from a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
  • Provide substantive input and support to a System Requirements Review (SRR).
  • Provide substantive input and support to a program Change Control Board (CCB).
  • Provide inputs to program progress status reports.
  • Provide inputs to Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Estimates to Complete (ETCs).
  • Forecast schedule milestone achievement success likelihoods.
  • Estimate budget utilization trends.
