Required Qualifications:

• 25 years' Naval Warfare SME with assignment as CSG/ESG N3 or Chief of Staff, PHIBRON commander, CSG/ARG Warfare Commander, deployed command at the major command level operating within the CWC structure or position of equivalent experience.
• Naval Aviation Training position must be MPRA or Rotary Wing, Weapons School WTI qualified.
• Bachelor's Degree, No specific discipline.
• “Top Secret / Sensitive Compartment Information” level eligible clearance. “Secret” level clearance, with open T5 Investigation. Senior Facilitator positions may require Special Access Programs (SAP) as designated by Command Government Program Officer.

Salary pay range:  $150K - $160K.

The candidate will be one of five Senior Facilitators providing Naval Warfare Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs) with specialized experience in each of the following ten areas: CWC (FST & LVC), SUW, AMW, AD, STW, IO, USW, Naval Aviation Training, and Naval Law and provide instruction to students attending Tactical Training Group Pacific and Expiditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific Composite Commander Warfare courses.
