Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred, plus 5-10 yrs. applicable experience (experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree)
  • Service or IC direct SIGINT experience
  • Experience supporting USSF, SpOC, DoD or NRO space systems
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance to be considered for the position
  • Willing to be administered a Counter Intelligence (CI) Poly

Preferred Skills:

  • Business or process management
  • Knowledge and familiarity with current Defense Department ISR efforts supporting space
  • Staff experience supporting DoD agencies within the past 5 years
  • Experience supporting Service HQ or DoD Agency or IC staffs


Responsibilities

SPA has an immediate need for a highly qualified signals intelligence (SIGINT) analyst to support SpOC's Delta 3, ISR Provisional (ISR-P) by providing senior level interface with USSF divisions to coordinate intelligence related actions between organizations. The contractor shall provide technical expertise/advice to senior leadership on FISINT analysis and production to include system development, refinement and execution of Indications & Warning (I&W): developing and maintaining a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP), and products associated with other operational intelligence to support USSF. The contractor shall attend technical exchange meeting, intelligence support working group and other meeting as required/directed.

Duties:

  • Provide technical and programmatic support to the government leads
  • Receive, track, and respond to formal tasks prioritized by the ISR-P government lead. Provide status updates to government leads
  • Maintain technical proficiency via in-house or other intelligence training programs
  • Provide inputs for the Monthly Status Report; provide update to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) as required
  • Work with community experts to obtain status updates for the ISR-P tracker database; attend working groups and provide status update briefs as required
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, lead and execute projects and out brief results to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, oral presentation and executive writing skills

Salary pay range:  $120,000 to $130,000
