Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, No specific discipline
- 20 years' Navy Warfare Tactical SME experience in planning and executing real-world or simulated warfare tactics and employment of units
- Post-department head tour experience on a Fleet, CSG or Warfare Commander staff or equivalent and experience developing and executing complex multi-warfare training scenarios, validating Warfare Commander TTPs and PPR execution, role playing warfare commanders and units, and providing real-time recommendations to adjust scenario events and timelines to achieve training objectives
Naval Aviation Training key position must be MPRA or Rotary Wing, Weapons School WTI qualified
Top Secret / Sensitive Compartment Information level eligible clearance OR “Secret” level clearance, with open T5 Investigation (Warfare Commander Facilitator positions may require Special Access Programs (SAP) as designated by Command Government Program Officer)

Responsibilities
The candidate will be one of five Warfare Commander Facilitators with Naval Warfare Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in specialized experience in each of the following ten areas: CWC (FST & LVC), SUW, AMW, AD, STW, IO, USW, Naval Aviation Training, and Naval Law providing facilitation in day-to-day instruction of Tactical Training Group Pacific and Expiditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific warfare commander courses. Warfare Commander Facilitators will develop and execute complex multi-warfare training scenarios, validate Warfare Commander TTPs and PPR execution, role play warfare commanders and units, and provide real-time recommendations to adjust scenario events and timelines to achieve training objectives
