We have many opportunities for nurses in our constantly expanding outpatient division (15 outpatient locations state-wide) for those interested in the addiction treatment specialty. We offer early hours (5am-530am start times), GREAT benefits, and a work environment where you can grow and make a difference. The primary role of the Nurse in Outpatient is medication management and administration.
Location: Framingham, MA
Schedule: 24 hours per week Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 5a-1:30p. ($3/hr Saturday differential)
Pay Rate:
LPN FT/PT Rate: $30.50/ hour benefitted position
RN FT/PT Rate: $32.50/hour benefitted position
$3/ hr weekend differential for all nursing staff

Outpatient Program Nurses are never forced to stay, always out on time.
No mandatory overtime
No mandatory on-call
Working hours 5am-130pm or 530-2pm depending on location
Every other weekend/Saturday required for most full-time positions (may vary)
Most clinics closed on Sundays
Holidays off
40-hr nurses accrue 5 weeks of PTO in the first year and increase to 6 weeks after 1 year.
24 and 32-hour positions are PTO eligible at a lower accrual rate
Annual performance-based raises plus fiscal/holiday bonuses for Part-time/Full-time
401K with company match up to 7%
Tuition Reimbursement up to $1500/year or Loan Forgiveness starting @ $2000/year
