Location: Office located within Boston Pre-Release in Roslindale, MA  Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with the possibility of nights and weekends as needed  Pay rate: $67,000-$69,000/annually      Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, sociology, or closely related field required. 
• Experience working with justice involved individuals and in correctional setting.
• Prior management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of program implementation and substance use treatment. 

  The Tablet Director is responsible for:

• The programmatic and administrative operations for all tablet services and programming.  
• Supervising and supporting to all tablet staff to ensure that the programs are in compliance with all regulatory and contractual standards.  
• Promoting an atmosphere of customer service amongst staff, professionalism, excellence in behavioral education services, ensuring the provision of safe and dignified facilities for clients and staff, employing sound business practices, aggressive expansion of services and quality improvement practices.  
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week which may include nights and weekends. 
• Traveling to all sites with tablet programming.
