What You Will Get To Do:

• Report to Onboarding Technology Director and collaborate with the team to onboard data into iFast and other systems.
• Participate in initial stages of projects, provide guidance, establish high-level estimates, prepare high-level designs, and provide technical oversight to development teams.
• Design, code, and test data migration solutions, interacting directly with clients and Project Managers to build strong relationships.
• Prepare high-level estimates for Statement of Work (SOW) and identify potential functionality gaps.
• Stay updated on technology methodologies and business strategies to offer value-added expertise.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in application architecture strategy and provide technical guidance during development.
• Lead sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, and contribute to the design, testing or programming efforts by reviewing related documentation.

What You Will Bring:

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in structured and object-oriented programming.
• Expertise in relational databases and SQL.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience estimating software development projects and a deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Proven ability to work with clients, negotiate requirements, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with leadership abilities, strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and good oral and writing proficiency in English.
• Beneficial: Experience working in Agile methodologies, understanding of iFast application, and familiarity with Open Edge ABL, C#, or JEE technology.
