SS&C GIDS 

SS&C is the largest global investor service provider, servicing more than 55 million investors. Continually investing in global technology and services across the spectrum of distribution channels including: Asset Managers, Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers and large financial institutions such as Banks and Insurers. Investor servicing is offered in many different countries, including the U.S., Canada, U.K., Ireland, Luxembourg, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. SS&C also services mutual fund structures in many other fund domiciles.  

Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) is the business unit offering this role. GIDS delivers global omni-channel investor servicing, including contact centre, using digital services. 

 

About the Role 

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and can bring energy to the role of Product Analyst.  

 

The Product Analyst is a pooled resource, managed via our Product Office. The role is purposefully designed to span and support the broader Product and Solutions Consulting team, offering variety in day-to-day work and greater exposure to a range of client propositions.  

 

 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Performs research and analysis to input into the product vision and strategy. 

  • Analyse market trends to help build out business cases for proposed new services and enhancements. 

  • Undertake feasibility assessments to identify possible solution options. 

  • Aid the co-ordination and input into solution design artefacts to support pre-sales initiatives. 

  • Support the documenting of standard product offerings (e.g., process maps, business capability assessments and user journeys). 

  • Evaluating various indicators to improve company products and services.  

  • Answering RFP and RFI questionnaires for new business opportunities.

Eligible candidates must have some demonstrable experience within the financial services industry. Foundational industry certifications and/or knowledge of the regulatory framework is advantageous.
