Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining AI-driven Cloud IVR and IVA solutions that meet our multiple clients' requirements. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to create IVA/IVR applications that provide self-service, enhance customer interaction and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities:- Develop, design, and implement Cloud IVR / IVA applications using programming languages such as Java, SQL, Spring Boot (Middle Tier) and other relevant technologies.
- Develop, design, programs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local,networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs
- Create technical specifications from gathered requirements
- Create and maintain call flow diagrams, voice user interface (VUI), and conversational design for optimal user experience.
- Integrate automated systems with back-ends including API's, Web Services, JSON
- Test and troubleshoot applications to identify and resolve technical issues or bugs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience of working in an agile developer environment and collaborating with a team.
- Good communication skills (English and Thai) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- UNIX/Linux, Python, VXML, SSML, XML and GitHub experience.
- Experience in developing voice applications for industries such as healthcare and finance.
- Knowledge of IVR/IVA best practices in design and development.
