What You Will Get To Do:
  • Product planning and execution throughout the entire product life cycle, from concept through end-of-life planning.
  • Analyzes market opportunity, anticipates industry direction, evaluates the feasibility and financial justification for new products and/or new releases of existing products, and identifies requirements for future and current products in the context of the company's strengths and capabilities, technologies, quality, costs, customer interactions, and marketplace demands.
  • Guides product vision and strategy, product solution development plan, product requirements, product roadmap, pricing models, positioning in the marketplace, profit plans, the launch process, and future product development efforts.
  • Prepares and presents information and plans to senior management. Develops, tracks, and reports on multiple products simultaneously, in various cycles of development.
  • Applies technical expertise, business acumen, product knowledge, and industry experience to effectively manage the product development and delivery process.
  • Demonstrates the ability to switch from strategy to execution, to collaborate and persuade at all levels, and to actively engage in process improvements to increase efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
  • Has a strong understanding of the competitive environment as well as market forces required to launch a successful new product solution.
  • You will bring strong technical expertise, business acumen, product knowledge, and industry experience to effectively manage the product development and delivery process.
  • Demonstrates the ability to switch from strategy to execution, to collaborate and persuade at all levels, and to actively engage in process improvements to increase efficiency
  •  Defines target prospects and assists sales in lead generation.
  • Oversees the product life cycle from conception through retirement. Works closely with functional teams, including technical architecture and development teams, to ensure that appropriate processes are being adhered to in order to meet financial, timing, and customer expectations.
  • Possesses knowledge of overall product development processes and marketing strategy and has analysis/project management mindsets to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • Advanced professional leading medium to large projects or working on complex or high-profile issues that require a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis to identify solutions.
  • May also lead a process or function without direct reports. Demonstrates a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline, and has a deep understanding of the business, financials, products/services, or market. Develops policies and procedures, and recommends best practices.
  • Advises and provides direction to more junior professionals.
  • Minimally requires a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience
