We are seeking a Med Surg Nurse for our Ortho Neuro Trauma Unit to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Registered Nurse performs active nursing process consisting of the functions of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients. May assume the role as Team Leader for part or duration of shift.

Position: Ortho Neuro RN

Department Information:
• Department Population is 80% Ortho (the remaining Medical Surgical overflow) • 23 beds (private), typical assignment
• Ratio is 6-8 each shift (Days and Night), two certified nursing assistants on days, Charge RN's on both nights and days.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Current acute clinical care experience preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Current Nevada license to practice Nursing
Independently maintains license
