Tetra Tech have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the Milton Keynes Cost Consultancy team to assist in all cost and procurement management processes.

The Role: 

•             Preparing tender and contract documents

•             Analysing tender returns and producing Tender Reports

•             Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work

•             Assisting in the management and delivery of construction projects

•             Working closely with Architects, Structural Engineers and Project Managers

•             Assisting with a range of pre and post contract surveying duties, including producing Cost Plans and Cost Reports, undertaking valuations and valuing change

• Degree in relevant subject (Quantity Surveying) (BSc)
• MS Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-Motivated
• Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicle
• Ability to obtain security clearance
