Clinician Educator; Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Providence, RI
The Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Medicine, at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, RI is seeking a physician at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank to join the Division as a clinician educator. The position will be based at the Lifespan academic hospitals including Rhode Island Hospital and The Miriam Hospital, major teaching sites for Warren Alpert Medical School. The position will consist of inpatient consultation services, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, opportunities for ambulatory care at the Infectious Diseases and Immunology Center of The Miriam Hospital, and ample opportunities for scholarly work. The ID Division is renowned for its excellence in patient care, outstanding clinical training opportunities, and robust research programs. Candidates should be board certified or eligible in Infectious Diseases and have a strong commitment to clinical medicine, education, and providing care to underserved populations.
