Career Services Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator Job Description Onsite in our Atlanta Office- 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway SE #825, Atlanta, GA 30339

As a Career Services Coordinator, you will work closely with our experienced recruiting and sales teams.
NOTE: Sourcing experience is required- during the interview an observation session will be done via TEAMS screen share. (LinkedIn & indeed)
In this position you will:
* Provide support to your recruiting team by generating candidates from a variety of methods to help build a robust pipeline.
* Reaching out and responding to candidates through various channels including and not limited to phone calls, text messages, emails, and job boards.
* During the screening process you will evaluate the candidate's experience, availability and explain the details of the job opportunities to ensure the candidate is a good match prior to forwarding it to the recruiter.
* Working as part of the team to contribute to overall success.
* Creating a positive experience for the candidates once hired with effective communication regarding Human Resources and Compliance issues.
* Strong interest in learning departmental functions including timecard approval, familiarity with school district clients, special education requirements and licensing.
Qualifications:
* Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
* An enthusiastic and supportive collaborator
* Champion of change and applying creativity
* Knowledge of KPI's - meeting and exceeding team daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
* Detail orientated with ability to meet projected timelines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service experience required.
* Recruiting and or sourcing experience is required.
