Position Qualifications:
BCBA or BCaBA AND Master's degree required (Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical emphasis), Special Education, Child Development, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience providing 1:1 behavior intervention developing and implementing positive behavioral intervention plans, conducting FBA's.
Minimum 1 year experience as a case supervisor
Must be professional and be comfortable working with a multidisciplinary team.
Must have working knowledge of applied behavior analysis.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Case Supervisor Job Description:
- Develop behavioral plans for a caseload of students/clients
- Participate in agency trainings/weekly meetings.
- Provide on-going training and supervision to behavior specialists.
- Conduct weekly on-site visits to school/home settings.
- Communicate with parents and teachers regarding student progress.
- Develop, evaluate and modify behavior plans and IEP goals.
- Attends IEP meetings and writes annual and/or quarterly progress reports.

Background clearance, TB clearance, COVID-19 Vaccination; reliable transportation; valid CA driver's license; auto insurance
A minimum 1-year commitment
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
