Part Time, 28 hour work week.

Main function:

  • Team with the Director-Practice Management, Nurse Manager, Medical Director to manage the day to day operations and administrative functions of HealthWorks.
  • Promotes HealthWorks programs, direct sales for HW, ensuring excellent customer service, operational problem-solving, financial monitoring.
  • Maintain accountability to HW clients & the Federal Dept. of Transportation as the third party administrator for the random drug & alcohol programs management.
  • The manager works with IT services for the Systoc Occupational software management and training.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • DATIA certification as Consortium Third Party Administrator (CTPA) required or ability to attain certification at the next available DATIA training seminar required
  • Progressive successful management experience required

EDUCATION

  • Required: Associate degree in management or equivalent experience.
  •  Bachelors preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Five years' experience working in a clinic setting required, preferably in Occupational Medicine.
  • At least one year of management experience required
  • At least two years of customer interfacing experience required; sales experience preferred
  • Successful experience using electronic medical records and/or practice management/billing systems required.

Pay Range: $25.00 -$35.00

Starting Range: Based on Experience
