BMW Motorcycles of Richfield, a growing division of Tom Wood Group, has an immediate need for an experienced Certified BMW A-level motorcycle technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnosing complex problems on multiple manufacturer's products by using latest diagnostic equipment
- Complete complex repairs within timelines specified by the manufacturer and dealership
- Familiarity with use and operation of a Dynamometer
- Perform routine maintenance and assembly of new units
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, assisting other team members as required
- Perform multiple additional functions in the dealership as needed, including but not limited to service writing, parts counter assistance, unit pickup and delivery, and assistance to apprentice technicians as needed.
- Attend periodic training in remote locations as well as on site
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have clear and legible handwriting
- Has a “sales and customer service” attitude and aptitude and be able to communicate professionally with customers
- Must be clean and well-groomed and have a professional attitude and appearance
- Will have own tools and Formal training, BMW Certification and MMI.
- Is able to perform well under a salary plus commission pay plan
- Has a minimum of two to three years' experience working in a franchised dealership setting.
- Valid driver license with good driving record
- Must have own tools and a minimum of three years' experience working in a franchised dealership setting
- Must be A-Level Certified with BMW and or Ducati.
